Chicken Enchilada(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flour tortilla
    2 oz. diced cooked skinless chicken breast
    1/4 c. low-fat grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
Preparation
    Wrap tortilla around chicken and Cheddar cheese.
    Place in baking dish and pour salsa over tortillas.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Dab on sour cream. Serves 1.
