Indian Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. strong coffee
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, eggs, soda and salt. Carefully add hot coffee, a little at a time, so as not to cook eggs. Add hot water and melted butter.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan (works well in Bundt pan). Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost with fudge frosting.
