Harvest Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. sliced green onions, including tops
    2 c. cored, chopped, peeled or unpeeled apples
    3 c. cooked brown rice (Minute brown rice)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook carrots in oil about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add green onions and apples. Cook 3 - 5 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings. 193 calories per serving.
