Banana Crunch Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 bananas
2 lemons, squeezed (save juice)
5 oranges, squeezed (save juice)
6 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 (1 qt. 14 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 to 2 cans 7-Up
Preparation

Mash bananas. Add lemon and orange juices. Add water, sugar and pineapple juice. Mix well. Freeze in 1 or 2 pint containers. When ready to serve, remove containers from freezer and set out at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes. Cut in pieces and place in blender. Blend, gradually adding 7-Up until slushy. Pour into glasses.
