Yellow Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    grated rind of 1 orange
    2 tsp. lemon flavor
Preparation
    Measure flour, sift
    7
    times
    and
    then measure again. Add baking powder
    and
    sift
    again.
    Beat
    egg
    yolks and the water for 10 minutes with the egg beater, then add salt, cream of tartar, sugar
    and
    flavoring;
    then fold in flour mixture. Bake in an angel food tube pan 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Ice with lemon custard pudding.
