Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 oz. Ranch Style dressing
    1/2 c. each of vegetables of your choice, raw and broken in small pieces
Preparation
    Place crescent rolls in pizza pan to make crust.
    Brush beaten egg on crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes.
    Mix cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing and put over crust.
    Place vegetables over cheese mixture.
