Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cinnamon sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Break bread to bite size pieces and place in buttered 1 quart baking
    dish;
    set aside.
    Heat margarine and milk until milk is hot
    and
    margarine
    melted.
    Do not boil.\tBeat eggs with sugar, vanilla
    and
    salt.
    Add milk mixture to egg mixture, stirring constantly, then pour over bread.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle top
    with
    nutmeg and cinnamon sugar.
    Put baking dish in pan of hot water half the depth of dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until set.
