Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 can fresh cut green beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 carton sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Layer beans and corn in casserole dish.
    Mix soup, cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Pour over corn and beans.
    Melt butter. Mix with Ritz crackers (crushed) until all are well moistened. Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
