Sea Voice Inn Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. margarine or butter
fresh peaches or any fruit
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar (depending on sweetness of fruit)
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking powder and 2 tablespoons sugar together.
Cut in margarine or butter to form coarse crumbs. Press mixture onto bottom and sides of well-greased 8-inch baking dish.
