Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese, well-warmed in double boiler
1 dry yeast cake, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 c. grated onion
3 Tbsp. melted butter or substitute
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Let rise 45 minutes.
Put in greased loaf pan; let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter and salt, after it cools some.
