Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon to roll cookies in
Preparation

Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs thoroughly.
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Add gradually to creamy mixture.
Chill overnight.
