French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can coconut
    5 eggs
    1 stick melted butter
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pour into 2 uncooked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
