Mom'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. pie pastry (2)
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Toss with apples. Fill a 9-inch pastry with apples.
Dot with butter.
Put top crust on; seal and flute.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Cover edge with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
