No-Cook Marshmallow Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. Karo light or dark syrup
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form; add sugar, about 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until smooth and glossy. Add syrup, a little at a time, beating after each addition until frosting peaks.
    Fold in vanilla.
    Frosts 2 (9-inch) layers.
