Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. orange juice
1 orange, sectioned
Preparation

Mix together the cornstarch, sugar and salt in saucepan.
Add orange rind.
Gradually blend in orange juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add orange sections; heat.
Yields 12 cake servings.
