Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. halved or chopped pecans
9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
