Chocolate Snowflake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until blended.
    Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add about 1/4 of dry mixture at a time to chocolate mixture, mixing after each addition.
    Cover and chill dough at least 2 hours. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar.
    Place cookies 2-inches apart on aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Slide aluminum foil gently off baking sheet and let cool.
    Yields 8 dozen.
