Pork Chops With Pears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chops (number desired)
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
pear halves (canned)
mayonnaise (1/2 tsp. per pear half)
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic and poultry seasoning.
Shake each pork chop in this mixture until there are no moist spots on the meat.
Place chops in greased shallow baking pan.
Add as many pear halves as pork chops, placing the pears between the chops.
Add 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise to each pear center.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Ovens may vary. Bake until chops are thoroughly cooked and brown.
