Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated, fresh carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Add grated carrots and mix well.
    Add nuts and pour into a baking pan.
    Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with icing.
