Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter, brown sugar and margarine well; add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Add salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour, then add oatmeal, walnuts, coconut and Rice Krispies by hand.
Chill at least 2 hours.
