Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. dry instant rice
    1 (6 oz.) can water
    1 tsp. chile powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    onion salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef in a 10-inch iron skillet.
    Drain excess grease and add rest of ingredients in order given.
    Heat and simmer until rice is of desired texture.
    Stir frequently to reduce cooking time.
