Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. potatoes
1 qt. carrots
1 qt. celery
1 qt. corn
1 qt. peas
1 qt. onions
1 qt. soup beans
6 to 7 qt. tomato juice
1 c. spaghetti
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger, add to rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cold pack 3 hours or 90 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Makes 15 quarts.
