Skillet Honeyed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. dry old-fashioned French salad dressing mix (0.6 oz. envelope)
    1 large tomato, cut in eighths
Preparation
    Wash zucchini.
    Cut off ends.
    Cut into quarters lengthwise. In a medium skillet, combine honey, water and salad dressing mix. Arrange zucchini, cut side down, in honey mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes or until zucchini is fork-tender.
    Add tomato wedges.
    Cook several minutes longer, turning once.
    Makes 4 servings.
