Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. quick cooking rice
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    2 c. tomato-vegetable juice or tomato juice
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds of green peppers.
    Cook in a saucepan in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain and place peppers into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
