Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. diced red onion
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega diced green chiles
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped olives
3 lb. cooked chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces
1 pkg. corn tortillas, cut in bite size pieces
Preparation

Mix together the cheeses; set aside.
Mix together the soup, sour cream, onion, green chiles, olives and chicken pieces.
Layer corn tortillas and chicken mixture, then top with cheeses in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
