Tijuana Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans (undrained), mashed
    1 c. grated Alpine Lace nonfat Cheddar cheese or Kraft Free cheese slices (8 oz.)
    jalapeno peppers, chopped to your taste
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salsa or taco sauce
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Microwave Directions:
    In a 1 1/2-quart microwavable dish, combine beans, cheese, green onions and jalapeno peppers.
    Cover with a piece of wax paper.
    Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Stir after 2 minutes.
    Stir in tomato, salsa and lemon juice.
    Serve warm with Homemade Chips or Guiltless Gourmet baked low-fat tortilla chips.
    Yields twelve 1/4-cup servings.
