Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon, skinned and deboned
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
butter
Preparation
-
Mix salmon, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and paprika.
Shape into cakes.
Saute them until brown in butter.
