Cherry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. orange Jell-O
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. cherry juice
1 small pkg. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1/4 c. cream
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small bottle cherries, cut fine
1/4 c. broken nutmeats
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in the hot water.
Add cherry juice.
Let cool until slightly thickened.
Soften the cheese with the 1/4 cup cream and add to the Jell-O mixture with the drained pineapple, cherries and nutmeats.
Chill in refrigerator until firm.
