Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash potato and prick skin with fork. Bake 45 minutes or until soft.
    Let cool, then cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out centers, leaving skin intact.
    Place scooped out portions in a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mash until smooth, then fill skins.
    Heat for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves two.
