Peanut Butter Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    evaporated milk (enough to moisten, about 4 Tbsp.)
    1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
Preparation
    Mix well the butter, vanilla, salt and milk, enough to moisten, until smooth and creamy (I use my hands).
    Divide in half and roll each piece 1/4-inch thick in an oblong shape in between two sheets of wax paper.
