Shrimp Diablo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. of shrimp
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 shallot or green onion, chopped
    1 clove of garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 c. cooking sherry
    2 c. brown sauce (a rich brown beef gravy can be used)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    4 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    First peel and devein the shrimp, then saute in olive oil until a pinkish red.
    Add shallots, garlic, black pepper and parsley.
    Cook this mixture over fast fire for 3 to 4 minutes. The recipe will then be a golden brown and have a delicate aroma. Add sherry, brown sauce, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, dry mustard and catsup.
    Cover skillet and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Sever over a bed of long grain rice.
