Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small chicken (3 or 4 large breasts)
    1 c. chopped celery
    dash of garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 small chopped green pepper
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken until very tender.
    In meantime, prepare ingredients.
    Brown celery and garlic salt in butter.
    Remove chicken from bones and tear into shreds (save broth).
    Add chicken, onion, pepper, mushrooms, soup and pimentos to skillet. Cook the spaghetti in chicken broth until tender.
    Place in large casserole dish a layer of spaghetti and layer of chicken sauce. Repeat layers.
    Put grated Parmesan cheese on top.
    Cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 225\u00b0.
