whole garlic bulbs
olive oil
vermouth
Preparation

Peel off outer layers of skin from whole garlic bulbs, leaving bulbs intact and cloves unpeeled.
Place bulbs in baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Fill baking dish with vermouth until garlic bulbs are half covered.
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
