Indian Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3 to 4 c. diced potatoes
    1 (No. 2) can cream corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry bacon and drain well.
    Saute onion.
    Cook potatoes with just enough water to cover, about 10 minutes, until tender. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened.
