Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. beef roast
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Bake beef slowly at 350\u00b0 until done (use a small amount of water). Remove any fat and cut in bite size pieces.
    Add all other ingredients and cook about 1/2 hour, until all is well blended. Refrigerate or freeze in small portions.
