Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (large)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash. Mix with other ingredients. Will keep a week in refrigerator or freezer.
