Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ginger root, sliced
    1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
    1/8 tsp. sugar (if wanted)
    1 medium onion, sliced or scallions
    chicken, cut into the smallest pieces possible
    light or dark soy sauce (1 bottle)
    chicken livers (add if desired)
Preparation
    Season chicken with garlic powder and brown.
    Place into pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Then simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Then put
    your
    rice
    on
    to
    cook.
    You
    can make whatever vegetable you want to stir-fry.
