Picnic Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    2 Tbsp. green onion
    1 lb. red cabbage
    1 lb. green cabbage
    1 large carrot
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Grate cabbages and carrot; chop onions.
    Mix in bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl and pour on salad. Refrigerate 1 hour.
