Spaghetti Squash Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red pepper (julienne strips)
    1 onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 medium zucchini (julienne strips)
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. cooked spaghetti squash
    1/2 tsp. slivered almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil, about 3 minutes until tender.
    Add tomato, zucchini, mushrooms, vinegar and seasonings.
    Add squash.
    Toss well and sprinkle almonds.
    Serve.
