Potato And Salami Casserole With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 c. milk
    4 c. grated sharp cheese
    10 medium size cooked potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 lb. salami, sliced and cut in half
Preparation
    Melt
    butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
    Blend in flour,
    salt
    and pepper.
    Add milk slowly.
    Cook and stir until smooth
    and
    thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in the cheese. Arrange
    half
    of
    the
    potatoes in a greased 3 quart casserole dish.
    Add a layer of eggs, then a layer of salami. Cover with about
    half of the cheese sauce.
    Repeat layering. Bake in moderate
    oven
    at
    350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
    Makes 8 servings.
