Mock Raspberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. green tomatoes
    2 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. flavored gelatin
Preparation
    Core tomatoes and cut into chunks.
    Process in blender until you have 2 cups.
    Boil 2 cups blended tomatoes with 2 cups sugar for 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add powdered gelatin.
    Pour into clean containers and refrigerate or freeze.
    Makes 2 pints.
