Egg Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
pinch of nutmeg
2 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
powdered sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
lingonberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg together.
Batter will be lumpy.
Melt butter in a large frying pan.
(I find that an iron frying pan works well).
Add batter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until pancake is nicely brown and puffy. Remove from pan to warm plate and spread with a couple tablespoons of lingonberries; sprinkle with lemon or lime juice over the berries and sprinkle the whole pancake with powdered sugar.
Eat! You will think you died and went to heaven!
