Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Set aside.
    Beat eggs lightly; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients; stir only until moist.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
