Raspberry Peach Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soy milk
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 c. frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
1/2 c. frozen unsweetened red raspberries
1/2 c. Equal spoonful or 12 Equal packets
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
fresh mint (optional)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately in tall glasses. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
