Ingredients

catfish fillets
cornmeal
salt and pepper
lemon pepper

Preparation

Mix cornmeal, salt, pepper and lemon pepper.
Coat each fillet and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown, turning once.
