Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. very warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
8 to 9 c. flour
4 eggs
3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
-
Scald milk
and add sugar and salt in right away (helps cool milk).
In a large glass, combine yeast, water and sugar. Let set 5 minutes at least.
