Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh, cooked sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    dash salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or to taste
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. seedless raisins, cooked
    marshmallows
Preparation
    To cook sweet potatoes, cover with water and cook until tender.
    Drain, peel and put in a mixer bowl.
    Add sugar, eggs, milk, salt, vanilla, margarine and raisins.
    Beat with a mixer until smooth.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes; then top with marshmallows and cook until they are melted and brown.
    Serves 8 to 10.
