Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onion soup
    1 can beef broth
    1 can mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 soup can water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients (except rice and sliced onions) until beef cubes melt.
    Place rice in oven-safe casserole.
    Add sliced onion, then pour liquid over.
    Stir well.
    Bake 15 minutes, uncovered, then bake 45 minutes, covered, at 350\u00b0.
