Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    2/3 c. sugar
    vanilla
    crumb crust (buy box of graham cracker crumbs)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Put butter with crumbs to make crust in bottom of spring-form pan.
    Soften cream cheese; add 1/3 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Mix well with electric mixer.
