Chicken With Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    12 double saltine crackers
    1 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. white wine
    2 c. white seedless grapes
Preparation
    Crush crackers; mix with seasonings.
    Dip chicken in milk, then dredge or shake in crumb mixture.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
